Each piece features over-sized holes. This allows the user to safely lift and load the plate onto the bars and other equipment. Additionally, it has a semi-gloss finish and convenient grips for added control. The weight is clearly marked with a contrasting silver color. This CAP 2 in Olympic Grip Plate fits on all 2 in Olympic style weightlifting bars, along with many other machines. The weights are available and sold separately in a 2.5 lb, 5 lb, 10 lb, 25 lb, 35 lb or 45 lb size.

I can't really say anything bad about these - they work and they are cheap. I've got a full set and they are close to accurate too. They are easy to carry as well. I personally am not a huge fan of the style/look so I wouldn't get these again but functionally they do work. Finish is a bit slippery so if you want to paint them you will need to lightly sand that off.

Finish is a bit rough, but weight is weight and these are generally pretty cheap. They do the job. I have a couple of these that just stay on my rogue rhino and never move.

They aren’t the worst plate in my gym but leave a lot to be desired. Mine don’t even have the CAP logo on them! It’s a cheap cap plate if you’re expecting them to be York quality I have some ocean front property in Nebraska to sell you. If you want decent plates that won’t break the bank and are readily available then there are way worse options.

It’s weight, and my pairs are all pretty close to the listed spec, even with the rough quality control that leads to some pitting and small voids in the plates. That said, if you’re like me, sometimes you just need to go with what’s available and fits your budget, and these get the job done without overthinking it.

The good things about these plates is that they weigh what they are supposed to, they are fairly inexpensive, and are easy to move. The negatives of these plates are the play on the bar is far too much as they have a good 20 degree angle when the bar is sitting on the platform. The quality of the plates are fairly low when compared to other brands. They are fine as filler plates.

I bought a 245lbs weight set from Titan, and used these CAPs to for a second pair of 10s, 5, and 2.5s for supersets or heavy chins and dips. I looked into getting 45s but the diameter is smaller than the standard size, so these would not be my recommended first pair of plates. Definitely a decent, cheap option if adding 45s if you have bumpers, or for smaller weights like I got.

Owned a couple of pairs of 10s for loading dumbbells. Nothing special about these, strictly a price buy. Can't comment on accuracy, never checked. For this price point my assumption is there will always be some variation.

Its Weight, its cheap weight. Only issue is if you are mix and matching or looking to do deadlifts, these are a smaller diameter in circumference than standard Olympic weight plates. Paint will chip, but if on a budget, they are fine.
