Cheap weight. I've had four of these for a couple decades and it didn't take long for them to start chipping where they contact the barbell.

My Hercules hold DIY setup involves backing my truck onto a small ramp while adding an attachment to its hitch and to a static point in the gym (loaded weight tree). Great value for the cost, but it takes someone helping to safely operate.

Much better option than the screw on/screw off standard adjustable dumbbells I have for quick and easy adjustments.

This set up is a pain to put together and slightly hazardous but it gets the job done.

My common method of training power stairs is using a tractor tire that is laying down. Super cheap (free) but this takes up a lot of space, especially if you don't need to train tire flips.

I've used these off and on for a while, making the biggest one up to 225 pounds. Even with a few brand bags now, still like to use this to fill in the gaps. Biggest downside is that when it's not filled to capacity it's difficult to build it in a way that it stays stiff/full and doesn't become floppy.

This was my crashpad before I invested in a name brand one recently. Easy to move and got the job done.
