Very sturdy made mold. I have not used this one yet but may also invest in other sizes.

I've only used mine twice so far but have made both a solid stone and one with an insert to make it lighter. If done correctly these can make some great stones but it does take investment in time and equipment.

Great training tool, they just take up a lot of space. Plan to make more after I'm "done moving" with my current job.

I could have done a better job and have a small adjustment planned for after I move. The posts will be shifted to the outside of the tops/bottoms instead of the inside as current. This will help with the storage space.

If you have the right size dumbbells they mostly stay on. I've had several times doing arm raises with 15 pound dumbbells and they've either moved or flown off.

Great piece of cardio equipment that can be folded away for somewhat easy storage in smaller spaces.

Cool tool to add variety to cable pull movements.

Awesome little tool. I use this to mount a barbell onto my rack when setting up a viking press attachment.
