ITS A SWISS BAR, AT THE TIME IT COST ROUGHLY 80$ PURCHASED FROM VEVOR ITS LIGHT AND DOES THE JOB AND GIVES YOU ANOTHER STYLE OF WORKOUTS IT IS NOT LIKE OTHER SWISS BARS I USED BEFORE IN MY RUGBY TRAINING DAYS BUT GETS THE JOB DONE KNURL IS GREAT NOT OVERLY AGGRESSIVE BUT IT IS THERE YOU CAN NOT LOAD PAST 500 LBS ITS SAYS BUT HAVE TESTED OVER 600LBS AND ITS FINE JUST IT IS NOT CAMBERED SO NOT A FULL STRETCH AT THE BOTTOM BUT AGAIN I WAS BALLING ON A BUDGET

Oh man these guys are thick and durable would recommend for an elite lifting strap ( like my wife would say about me hahahaha )
