Beefy base yoke. Didn’t love the hole placement for adjusting the height of the bar. Or the skinny diameter of the bar. Overall it got the job done but was sold when I was able to find a rogue yoke. Purchased and sold used in 2024 for $300

I used one of these for about a year that I borrowed from a friend. It’s on par with a few others that were custom made I have used. It’s definitely slick but nothing a grip shirt can’t solve Bought new in 2026

Yoke is an amazing full body exercise, and an essential toll for any strongman. Rogues is one of the better ones available. Purchased used in 2025 for $350

When I purchased this is 2020 it was considered one the better non commercial grade leg extension / curl combos. It’s ok but not great. The pads could be thicker and last longer. The pivot point is rather wide. Overall it’s not horrible and is the 4th different piece I have had in the cellar for these movements and it’s the best out of all those used budget friendly ones I have come across.
