The smoothness and ROM on this machine are great. The “lock and load” weight selection feature allows for quick weight adjustments between sets. However, it does inhibit the use of a gym pin. My only real complaint with this machine is that the 190 lb stack is not heavy enough for me and won’t be for most people. Value will depend on buying used or new. I got mine on marketplace for cheap, so the value is high. But I think this goes for 3k new. At that point, you’re probably better off buying a different leg extension with a heavier stack.
