These plates are extremely durable and are easy to move around. The only downside is that they are quick thick so they take up a lot of space on the bar.

Hands down the best barbell I have had the privilege of lifting on. This bar goes toe to toe with any barbell no matter the price range, all while being priced much lower than most other premium bars. The kurling is sharp and holds up great even with heavy use. If you look up gold standard in the dictionary you'll see a picture of this bar.

My college gym got one of these bad boys to replace a severely bent bar. Within 2 weeks this bar has become as bent as the previous sacrificial barbell. It also dos not have a center knurl which for a “power bar” is a big let down. That all said the kurling was better than expected for Cap but nothing to write home about.

If I ever used this bar I might worry of it falling apart mid set

Great bar I have no complaints as far as performance goes, that said it is not a cheap barbell.
