I am one of the two founders and owners of both Gym Radar and Massenomics along with my partner in crime, Tommy. I have owned Massenomics Gym for over a decade. Gym equipment has been a passion of mine ever since that started. I love buying used, new, vintage, restoring, you name it. I can honestly say I'm just as excited to be a user of Gym Radar and this community as I am to be one of the owners of it! You can find me in "The Deen" or "Western North East South Dakota".

Pretty decent for the price. Rogue makes probably a nicer version - never used it. But that rogue one also costs more than twice as much. This is functional. Not positive about the long term durability with the nylon rope and rubber conical ends, but I've had zero issues so far. I like it best for overhead tricep extensions.

This sled is legit. I like how light and compact it is, and still the durability of being made of steel. This pin folds down, so it can sit or mount on the wall and take up almost no space. The UHMW lined bottom makes it so there's almost no noise even on concrete. There's definitely more economical options out there for sleds, but probably nothing that's steel and folds. This is a premium sled!

Legit 5 star product right here. Used them once and knew it was immediately worth the purchase. Good price. Good build. Adds versatility to pull-ups and an attachment for rows at a cheap price.

What's really left to say about this piece that I haven't already said? Please watch the Massenomics YouTube review video to get the full rundown. It's overall pretty good, but not great. It may not be the best piece for a "commercial-ish" gym like Massenomics Gym. But all the members seem to really like it. I would never be worried about the durability for a home gym, but I'm curious to see how it holds up after a few years of use here. Also, the whole leg extension felt load conversation that has been beaten into the ground. Yes, I can do the whole stack. But also yes, I can get a really good workout using less than the full stack.

Cheap, simple, can't go too wrong with these for what they are. Take your time mounting them to a stud if possible with lag bolts and they are rock solid. Work great for holding these old rusty plates I found at the dump.
