I little pricey but worth it. The tapered grips are what make it really good.

Very happy with this attachment, I was looking for something to replace the tried and true ropes that every gym everywhere has. The conical shape makes them super easy to grip as they basically wedge themselves into your hands. The grips are a rubber compound that’s firm with a tiny bit of squish to it that makes them super comfortable to hold onto. The length of the ropes turned me off at first because of how long they are but once you really start messing with it it’s a huge plus. I primarily use this attachment for cable crunches and tricep exercises and I have no issues with the pulley hitting the back of my head on cable crunch like I did the traditional ropes.

Pretty decent for the price. Rogue makes probably a nicer version - never used it. But that rogue one also costs more than twice as much. This is functional. Not positive about the long term durability with the nylon rope and rubber conical ends, but I've had zero issues so far. I like it best for overhead tricep extensions.

I love this attachment. The shape of the handles makes them each to grip without smooshing your little finger during tri pushdowns, and the pulley runs really smoothly and helps balance it the forces between arms.

This has become my go-to attachment for face pulls. Time will tell if the handles hold up or start to deteriorate over time, but so far they’ve been solid with no issues. The split pulley design is really nice and gives a smooth, even pull. It would be even better if it had low profile clips and allowed you to swap out the handles for different options. Still, I’m happy with the purchase and it’s added good variety to my cable work.

I really enjoy this attachment. I was not sure how I would feel about the rubber type grips but it feels like a high end rubber if that makes sense. It’s seemingly very durable and feels really good in hand. I use it all the time for tricep extensions, face pulls, overhead extensions, cable crunches and the occasional cable curls. They lose are definitely in my top 5 attachments I own. They are a bit pricey at $80ish but I got it as a gift which was nice. I don’t use it for isometric work, but I know some people do that.

Love the handling for triceps work or anything where you'd use a rope attachment on a cable machine. Got them secondhand, as I wouldn't have wanted to pay the full price.

I was surprised on how good it felt for triceps extension! There also is the Amazon version that's cheaper. But good only for triceps in my opinion J'ai été surpris à quel point c'était un bon attachement pour faire des triceps extension. Il y a aussi la version Amazon qui est moins chère et d'aussi bonne qualité. Par contre utile seulement pour les triceps.

I got this for free and I'm glad I did. I don't really understand what the draw is with this attachment. I never use it for single arm movements. It does appear to be well constructed and the conical handles are comfortable, it's not worth the price for me.
