The rollers are nice and quiet vs linear bearings, its held up well. I do wish it had more adjustments for the top and bottom. I am a little nervous doing calf raises on it. Assembly sucked because some pieces weren't formed at the right angle.

I didn't want to really upgrade from my taweret. But the nova is definitely a step above. I absolutely love it. I didn't have to modify the ankle lock like the taweret. Its not perfect. The adjustment bolt is too long. It should be cut down. The Amazon version weight horn is smaller then the directly from mikolo version. Also the weight ratios stated are incorrect. Its like 75%, 100% 115% felt weight in the selections. Its on my YouTube review of it. I took out the scale

I didn't care for how hard the pad was in the beginning. But I really love it now. I do wish it had a headrest that tilted. Attachments are really expensive for it

I absolutely love this. But I do wish there was a way to be able to grab the handles easier when starting. Granted if I weighed 100 pounds less it would be perfect. Definitely good for taller people. Has a great resistance. Better then t bar rows from a landmine because you get alot longer stroke

Been absolutely awesome. But it does have negatives. Like the safeties and j cups are not lined on the inside to protect the rack from scratches. The material on the jcups is definitely marking up after 8 months of use. It is getting spendy i see now. I bought it in preorder which was alot less. The weight pin is finicky on certain weight selections.
