I love love love my fractional plates. As someone who loves and collects vintage iron these are fantastic for inaccurate plates. It makes them usable when you can make up the difference with these to even the weight out. I even add these to plates for hub lifts to up the load/lift weight. They are pricey for a 5lb set, but great to use.
This is an unbelievable barbell. It is awesome from squat and bench. It brings training to another level. Everything Kabuki touched back in the day was gold. Sadly no longer being made since Rogue bought Kabuki. If you can find an OG one, get it!
These are my favorite collars. When I started lifting again after a multiple year break I got tired of waiting for collars to be freed up at the gym so I bought these and kept them in my gym bag. I loved them so much I got a 2nd pair when I built my gym so we have a couple solid pairs to use. They store easy and lock on hard when being used.
Very nicely made. Very strong and supportive for me being 250 pounds hanging in the air. You can get in and out of them easy. Its comfortable to use as well which is key.
Its simple, easy, and strong. It keeps your bars off the floor instead of having normal floor storage. It helps open your gym up a lot and looks great while doing it.
If you deadlift this is a lifesaver, especially when you deadlift alone. I went from training with many people to being on my own. This really helps save your energy and your back in between sets when you add or drop weights. I even keep mine stored on thrle wall at the top of my barbell storage so it is off the floor and out of the way.
These are a good piece to keep around and have a multitude of uses. I have used them on dumbbells, barbells, bands, etc. They help create a great challenge for your grip and really help mix up your training.
