Got this new during Covid to work out at home and was drawn in by the attachments. Using the bench flat by itself is good but I do feel the attachments are what makes it worthwhile. When changing the angle I found the seat attachment to be a little weird at first because it is locked in at a 90° angle from the bench. Mine has three different holes available to insert the seat attachment , so hopefully one of those heights works for you. My only other complaint is that the angles are only marked on one side, which is the opposite side from pushing down on the foot latch to change angles. I have used it enough now that I generally guess correctly for the angles I normally use without looking, but it seems like they could have included the angle marks on both sides for ease of use when by yourself for no second guessing. Sure, could just sharpie it on, but it is just one of those little things that would have been nice to have. I also sometimes wish the pad it came with had a little more grip, and they released the Hybrid Bench Grip Pad for that, but I have not needed it enough to purchase that yet.
I fit well enough on it for everything I have tried at 6'4". It can get a little wobbly with the sit-up attachment at a higher angle, but it's been good with the other attachments I have that have their own feet/base. Also, the lower weight compared to some other benches out there means it is relatively easy to move around. Has held up well over the three years I have owned it.
