You get more than you pay for, but definitely a budget piece. Would recommend anchoring if you have a permanent home for it but it works without being fixed down. It does rock a little no matter how tight you get the screws, that used to bother me but it’s strong and holds a lot of weight.

Great squat stand! Sturdy and strong and versatile without a large footprint. Works well with many rogue attachments like matadors and land mines. Also was able to add some posts for some plate storage and spotter arms and alternate pull up bar attachment too. For most people this would be as good as a full rack IMO. My first piece of equipment and one I’ll have forever.
