This thing is awesome for being able to quickly switch between a pull-up bar and hanging various things from it. I used to go over my old pull-up bar with straps but that wore off the powder coat quickly - not a problem on the BWH! The color matches my Rogue rack great and it’s got plenty of grip. The only thing I would advise people about is to use STEEL carabiners and not aluminum - aluminum will get damaged and if you’re hanging off them it could be bad if/when aluminum carabiners fail.

Holy cow this thing is heavy - way too heavy to be moving around all the time. There’s no good place to hold it and at 35 pounds it’s very awkward to place - if they made it out of aluminum that would work much better. The pads are okay; I don’t care for the ends because it looks like the cover was a generic tube and they forced it to work - I have a feeling the stitching will suffer over time. The adjustments have good angles but the pivot pin is a bit loose and rattles whenever you look at it funny and there’s enough wobble to make it slightly sketchy as a step to put the cables through the lat pull arm. The last issue is that the swivel point is such that you need to move it on the rack to go from a lat pull leg holder to the footplate for rows - if you just pivot it down the footplate is way too high off the bench. That honestly defeats the whole point of the thing and I prefer using just the rollers through the rack (sitting on the floor) rather than the footplate+bench since it’s so unwieldy. Lastly I have no idea where I’m going to store this thing since I don’t want it on the floor but it’s way too heavy to put anywhere else since there’s no good way to secure it anywhere but the rack - which I need to keep clear for everything else.

I have all three of the Dialed Motion handles and I have to say, unfortunately, “version 2.0” is probably my least-favorite. In the attached picture, from left to right, are the 1.0, 2.0, and then the ‘defect’ 2.0 they mailed out to get something out the door. My preferences, in order, are the ‘defect’ set, then 1.0, and lastly the 2.0 - the 2.0 knurling is too aggressive to be nicely passive like the 1.0 but not enough to be aggressive in a good way like the ‘defect’ set. They are very smooth to use, the bearings turn great, but if I’m going to use a pair it’ll be in the above order. For the price they’re a great option if you’re not spoiled with the others!

I love the shape of these and wish more plates had openings for human hands. They’re much better to grab than round holes. They’re not cheap and Ivanko’s casting is not great. Once you have a good set they’re awesome but two of my 45s had to be replaced due to casting defects that got past quality control.
