It’s a really solid piece and a great addition to the end of a workout to really burn in. Not a home gym piece without space. I have a Promaxima deadlift platform that we would use for shrugs off high handles, or set an Elite FTS box into for low handles or seated DL variation. Poor man’s version but got it accomplished!

It’s a solid piece but I think hammer missed the mark of a home run by not being able to tie the two independent arms together with a bat or a lock. If using both together I think a slow tempo is the play, but I do appreciate being able to go single leg without the weird “where do I hang my other leg” feeling like I have on the piece in my gym. If I found one, I’d be making the one minor modification

Another “must use” when traveling and hitting my favorite travel gyms. Same massive hammer strength footprint, but it accommodates nearly any size lifter. It’s a great accessory to really drive in the burn. Secondary market prices are back up but if you find a deal and have square footage it’s a solid buy

The gold standard of deadlift bar as it’s the bar everyone compares against. Excellent knurl, whip, finishes - an all around excellent bar.

It’s a rope attachment. Minus a super short rope, I feel like they are a dime a dozen. We have several rope attachments and nothing stands prouder than anything else.

Not the best and far from the worst. It’s barebones. The knurling sucks, and before I got it someone wrapped it in tape because of the knurl suck. I attempted to remove, de tacky, and use. I then realized tape man was right so here we are

Here’s how I built mine. I measure outside edge to outside edge on my safety arms for my rack and then built a wooden platform to lay across them out of 2x12’s stacked together, with 2x4’s in bottom to secure my pad on outside of spotter arms. We put a thick foam pad on with spray adhesive, wrapped in vinyl, and voila. Is it my crowning achievement? No. But for an hour of time, and $50 in material I have a functional seal row that is super easy and quick to setup.

Not the most used piece of equipment as evidence by the dust, but a lot of versatility if you have double landmines, etc. it makes it easy to get a pseudo-simulation of multiple lifts
