Solid bands to activate the hips on warm up sets for squats. I don't ever push these to the limits, so I cant speak to their top end limits.

The GOAT SSB, nothing else to it really. My favorite movement with it is paused good mornings as the padding allows for some pressure off the neck.

These are the best thing that Titan sells in my opinion. Great value, great performance, great product.

It's a solid GHD. The narrow footprint is nice for home gyms compared to other GHD options. However, that does have its drawbacks as the pads could be beefier and the handles are narrower which isn't ideal.

This bike is simply great. I like the monitor setup, and it comes with an air diverter, drink holder, and phone holder already installed as compared to other bikes where you have to purchase those separately. Also, the handle on these allows for multiple grips as compared to a single handle. Only dinged on cost as it is rather pricey new. I'd keep a look out for one on marketplace for a good deal.

This is a chain driven air bike which allows for more momentum when using. Definitely a different feel than a belt bike. Performs very well, and they are usually readily available on FB marketplace which makes for a great starting cardio piece for the home gym. My only true complain is that the seat only adjusts up and down and not forward and back which is not ideal for a larger guy like myself.

Solid competition plate, and Fringe always has them for a reasonable price.
