The ideal bar for good mornings and building up the posterior chain. I wish the top was knurled for better grip, but it's built well otherwise. Paused good mornings to safeties will ensure that you won't have a glass back

Good option for starter dumbbells. You can get these new through Walmart for a little over a dollar a pound or ideally on marketplace for less than that. I eventually plan upgrading, but they're good enough to get strong with.

This is a solid vertical bar storage solution. It may get jammed with specialty bars if that's your goal, but it's a great deal considering the competition.

REP has earned their position atop the throne for benches. This is a fantastic incline bench. The long pad allows for better flat benching as well.
