I sat on these for years (because the price just seemed silly) before finally buying a complete set. I use them with clients on a regular basis & have found that people get more out of the stretches done with these than a lot of mobility work. They are not the same as PVC - these are designed to bend & that's part of the deal - many stretches require you to push/pull against the stick, which creates more muscle engagement (vs a passive stretch).

Best $75 I ever spent back when I opened my first training studio in 2015! The woman who sold it to me did not want to part with it!

This sucker is heavy AF & a pain in the butt to try & attach on your own. I got it thinking it would make me want to use my lever arms, but after farting around with it a few times, I gave up. I ended up using it as a standing desk attached to one of the 4' sections of my 24' monster lite rig.
