I do not trust this thing to hold anything more than bodyweight. Good if you're starting out I suppose. I barely use now, and will offload as soon as I can. The only thing it's got going for it is the price, to see if you want something like this in the gym for yourself and will use it.

You never forget your first! Great barbell, solid 30mm diameter will put hairs on your chest. Knurling always felt good to me and the plates went on smoother than silk. As straight and as stiff as they come, you really can't afford not to.

Really good entry level power rack. I used it for years, so the spotters and pins to hold your barbell did wear a bit. It would have probably rusted more if I'd used it more. The safeties work fine too and adjust quite quickly, though I remember the noise of them dragging is quite unpleasant. All in all, very decent.

The only complaints for these are the common ones for other jammer arms, such as felt load and strength curve etc. If you're in the market for jammer arms and know what you're getting into then you already know these already. I do like the hook for belt squats and there are two available starting positions. These are pretty cumbersome, just like me I suppose.

Works fantastic to stop you moving up during lat pulldowns. Holds well when doing split squats so you don't move backwards, but I suppose you could put it at the back of the rack if you have that issue. An unexpected gem.

Another absolute banger, knocked out of the park. Assembly was easy enough and the instructions were bang on provided you read them properly. Action is smooth with the supplied parts so I've not felt the need to upgrade them. The only thing to bear in mind is with the height options. There are two options and I have the 205cm, which is absolutely not suitable to taller gym owners. You won't be able to get enough range of motion on your overhead (or underhead for that matter) movements if you've got longfella arms. Just worth bearing in mind. I'm 6'/183cm and have no issues with lat pulldowns.

Insane cage. Sets the standard without breaking the bank. So many holes you don't know what to do with yourself. I have actually lowered the pullup bar so I don't hit my head on the ceiling when doing pullups. It was easy to put together too and you don't need a second person for assembly, but it definitely helps. The 3x3 being the new standard now helps with all the attachments you can add to this (of which I have many!).

Smooth as anything and can attach to various size racks. Used mine for years with no issues.
