I've had this 7 years and it's a great product I'm really happy with. It was easy to build and is easy enough to change heights for bench and squatting. I think if you're really tall, maybe 6'3"/6'4"+, it might be a bit short for you. I'm just shy of 6' and use the second highest hole for squats. Sadly one of the pop-pins has been broken for maybe 2 years now, and they don't offer replacements, although I'm sure if you dig hard enough you'd be able to find one. I just unscrew the whole thing now, and it's safe enough. I failed a 150kg squat on it recently (lowered not dropped) and felt safe, being able to get out of it easily. There's a bit of rust showing on the spotter arms, which are big enough, but that's due to age and the fact I have to move my barbell laterally to load it due to things being in the way. I don't think I'd feel comfortable loading any more than 180kg for squats, but if you're on big boy weights like that then you're likely more than just dabbling in home gym. One last comment is that while it's easy to adjust the width of the rack for dips, I never bothered. I feel it would also be a bit rickety if you did so, same with if you're constantly racking and reracking big boy weights on it. However, if you're just starting out on your home gym journey, this could be the piece for you.
