Purchased the V4 squat harness a few months ago to help me work around a back injury. I use the harness for belt squats, calf raises and split squats. It takes the strain off my back as all the pressure is on my shoulders. The padding and build quality helps eliminate any discomfort. It takes a little while to navigate the connections and how to adjust the harness for different exercises, but eventually becomes routine.

Overall solid bench. When considering what bench to buy, I wanted something that was built well, was easy to move and store, offered multiple adjustments and could take attachments. This bench ticks every box. The vinyl is just the correct amount of sticky, foam is firm, but still comfortable. The adjustment mechanism gives you more room for rows, whether that be cable or bar related. The quirky seat is not ideal for certain movements, but is manageable. If you want a good quality bench that is light, solid, easy to store and family friendly, this could be the bench for you.

I was skeptical when I saw an ad for LPG muscle products, but was intrigued. The bar is 1 3/4” compared to the standard 1” ez bars and was not sure how it would feel. After adding the piece to my current training program, I have noticed a better mind muscle connection. The patented connector is fantastic and moves with your hands. This piece is of a high quality. I have been using this bar for bicep curls, tricep push downs and overhead extensions. The owner of LPG is a competitive bodybuilder and knows what works. I recommend this bar, it is unique, but very effective.

The Maxum X1 was my buy once, cry once purchase. I was looking for a an all in one half rack that could stand the test of time. After using the Maxum X1 for the past 4 months, I can truly say it has met all of my expectations and more. At 88.5” at its highest point, it fits perfectly in my spare bedroom. The overall compact foot print was another selling point. The X1 uses 3x3 11 gauge steel uprights, stainless steel up front and powder coat in the back. The holes are 1” and offset from front to side. The overall build quality of the rack is good and the installation instructions were fine. Customer service was great and responsive to my questions. The X1 comes with the updated mutant arms, which give you two connection points on each arm. One for 2/1 and the other 1/1. This eliminates the need to combine the arms to achieve a 1/1 pulley ratio. If you want to preform lat pull down or low rows by combining the arms, Maxum provides the attachments to do so. The arms are fully adjustable and a true game changer. They are a little heavy, but travel up and down the uprights is smooth. The rack comes with solid J hooks, a multi grip pull up bar that is knurled, extra pulleys, adjustable knee pads, curl bar, lat pull down bar and close grip lat pull down bar. It comes with dual 220lb weight stacks, with weight horns. The pulleys are aluminum and smooth. Overall it is a great all in one. My only criticism would be the lack of numbering on the mutant arms. With all the available adjustments, numbering would help.
