So close to a great machine IMO just a bit to wide at the start and feels to much of an arch than a row. The handle has an amazing swivel system you can hit neutral pronated supinated any angle you want. Has a foot assist start position that acts almost like the pre stretch on the Hamtractor you get an awesome stretch on this but it just pulls you wide. Great pads

Really good fit and finish on the pads and things like that typical panatta. There isnt much to this just a normal high row with a slightly better strength curve. It does have adjustable handle grips which is awesome and the biggest appeal. I find they got a bit too narrow at the top of the range of motion. I like it better using it unilaterally compared to bilateral and the handle for a brace point is really nice

I like it better than the Atlantis simply because its a tru multi flight not just a stand alone standing pec or a standing lateral. But still this machine unexplainably lacks tension in the first bits of the motion which is the entire advantage of these machines.

I actually really these a lot. Really light weight but super high quality and durable. Wish they were the tiniest bit bigger

Brooke loves these things she uses them all the time and she said they are quite comfortable. She needs her own gymradar.

What's cool about this machine is the ability to change the back pad of the unit. I have not come across another one that lets you do that level of adjustability. I did not actually love the machine though, I prefer the Arsenal, Atlantis, or Hammer strength ones, this is my least favorite of that group. The handles suck and feel cheap.

I love these plates. They are like the iron grip but without the hex finish so you can actually deadlift with them. If I was starting a commercial gym these are the plates I would go after. Way to expensive for home gym but they have the best balance of look and functionality while still being steel plates

One of my favorite selectorized chest presses. I love the thick tubing on the handles and the pads and angle of the ROM are extremely comfortable. Ability to alter the resistance curve is what makes this better than the competition. Only way it could improve if stack was heavier and had an easier way to hit unilateral.
