These are a bit cumbersome to get strapped up, but at the same time they're incredibly versatile, with attachment points anywhere you could possibly want. I'm not sure how you could improve on them. A bit bulky, but well made and built to last.

These feel amazing, much nicer build quality than my Amazon ankle cuffs. It fits me perfectly when I tighten it all the way, but it may be a little big for some people (for reference I'm 5'6"). Love having D-rings on all sides, it makes supersetting easier and adductor/abductor exercises much less awkward.

A little pricey for what they are but the quality is there. These are certainly better than standard ankle cuffs because they secure across your heel also which spreads the force better across your foot. There are several D-Ring attachment points, so you can hit leg movements in any direction you'd like.

These feel great with cable exercises. Raises, curls and extensions using my Indy trainer and a bench to sit on. Secure and no give under tension.

Brooke loves these things she uses them all the time and she said they are quite comfortable. She needs her own gymradar.

When I got rid of my bench mounted leg attachment I got these in between replacing it, they covered everything I needed as theres multiple D rings to connect to, when their locked in you wouldn't even feel them on
