This is a direct clone of the flex fitness hack of old. A very good solid hack at less steep angle which makes it very joint friendly... No adjustable foot plate is unfortunate for a modern hack….commercial grade for sure there is nothing wrong but think there are better options for comparable price

I like this row a lot. Has a telescoping chest pad and a great ability to do both unilateral and bilateral movements. Feels really similar to a barbell row. One of my favorite plate loaded rows

I like this bar a lot. There are a ton of football/ nulti grip type bars out there but I think this is the best one. Not much different between kabuki and rogue models

Good for using to do the 2:1 pulley hack with the voltra…don’t love the person who recommended these to everyone. IYKYK

A great product. They look amazing. I use them as handles/ clips for the chalk bowl he made and am very happy with the added utility

I like them but I do think that they are a bit overrated. The Open D Handle from Rorman and JD have replaced pretty much all my uses for these, although those are a different style

It works really well for a landmine. I like how you can really tighten it down to a rack. Very overbuilt

Really high quality attachment. Bearings on it are great and I love the thick handles. A bit expensive compared to alternatives but small one man shop
