Amazing handles, especially for pulling movements. These are my go to handles for single arm lat movements.

These are my go to handle for low cable rows, They feel great. I use them with a Darko Longy bar at various grip widths. These make straps unnecessary which is nice, I can’t use them without swivel shackles though.

Highly coveted at first, this handle has become rather polarizing online as of late. While currently only offered in Prime green or all-black, many years ago, Prime had previously offered their RO-T8 series of handles in "N1 Blue" as well as in Red (for Valentine’s Day & Halloween one year) for a very limited time. At HomeGymCon 2024, I finally got to try them and in late 2025, despite only wanting the RO-T8 handles, I picked-up a used, Prime RO-T8 Bar Bundle for around $130.00 from a local seller on marketplace. It’s true - not everyone is going to like these handles. You really need to try a pair before buying them, if at all possible (cough, cough, HomeGymCon 2026, cough, cough.) These RO-T8 handles are marketed to reduce grip fatigue, unwanted tension on your wrist, and the need for wrist wraps - I feel that these claims are accurate. That said, these handles are great for only certain exercises. More specifically, with regards to Doug Brignole’s BRIG20 exercises, the Prime RO-T8 handles can be used for - Upper & Middle Trapezius, External Obliques, and Sissy Squats (when using cables to assist during the exercise.) You are NOT going to want to use these for chest flyes or tricep work.

This is a great tool for hammering your middle back on pulldowns. The issue is how far it comes down from the lat pulley, so if you don't have a very high starting point, you need to angle your back away from the machine and you lose quite a bit of tension doing that. I do like the paddles and enjoy using it.

The RO-T8 Handles are well built and feel premium, which is what you’re going to expect from Prime. At the same time, they are definitely a “love it or hate it” type of handle that you need to try before you buy. I don’t use them often at this point but I’m going to keep them in my rotation.

Too long to use for lat pull downs when using the long bar but works well when using it as a single arm attachment.

I mostly used these on a prime lat pulldown machine. I personally just didn't find them any more useful than a regular d-handle or anything of the sort. It's rather gimmicky IMO. People like Mag grips because it's easier on grip, but you cant use straps for them if you go very heavy. A D handle on a carabiner still rotates like these would and you cant use straps use a strap on them

I’m a fan of the rotating paddle grip, and is a primary reason why I adapted their pull-up station to my REP rack. Different carabiners are a must because they get a bit hung up when trusting in certain directions, but that was an easy fix. They are pricey, and just like with MAG grips, if you find the right knock-offs then you are likely 99% there. Attached to their landmine piece, they make for comfortable rowing.

Really great to use with a small modification but a bit disappointed with a few features. They are quite heavy, very expensive for what they are, they come with cheap carabiners which fit tightly and limit the freedom of motion. Replacing the carabiners with paracord soft shackles has made these my favorite for pulling motions, they rotate freely, reduce the weight slightly and are easier than the cheap gates on the factory clips.

I went the opposite direction of some other reviewers. I got the knock off Amazon handles first and liked them so much I decided to get the real thing because they’re black and not green. Absolutely, buy the Amazon knock offs. They’re great. Only buy these if you want less green handles.
