I have a pair of 25s that I keep around for "holding things down" duty. The casting quality is worse than the Cap plates I have. Very sloppy hole, but with sharp protrusions. They function and they're cheap, but there are better options today than there were during covid times.

I have a pair of 5s that I use for some shoulder rehab work. They're not the nicest dumbells in the world, and I probably wouldn't drop the money on many more, but they've done me well.

Bought for its intended purpose, but also used to take part in the horse stall mat gripper challenge. A handy unit.

Very high quality and durable training style bumpers. These are priced for large purchases to commercial clients. Certainly not worth MSRP for a home gym.

These are commercial gym quality training type bumper plates, but the MSRP is actually pretty in line with quality offerings aimed at consumers. There's no lip to speak of, but that's pretty typical for this style of plate. Color code can be all messed up, with red 45s, but I've also seen blue ones.

They're big rubber bands. They suit me fine. Not sure how well they stack up against the more common brands, so I'd play it by ear if I was using bands in another gym.

This is a pretty nice bench with a kind of slippery pad, in my experience. Instantly better with better upholstery or a silicone baking sheet(like in my picture) or something. Typical excellent commercial gym build quality, but this thing really just does the one trick. Doesn't incline or anything else.

This is a copy of tons of other collars that look identical to this one. Lockup is really tight. No magnets or anything like that, just regular collars. Not bad for $20, but I wouldn't seek them out unless you already happen to be making a purchase from living.fit
