This is an awesome leg press/hack squat combo. Extremely smooth in both movements and easy to change between the two. The assembly took a long time, but the directions were extremely helpful. Each step has a picture with all the components and hardware required from the factory, along with more detailed pictures and an explanation on how to best complete each step. I was able to do all steps by myself except installing the hack squat footplate, but depending on the size of your space and how tall you are you may need another person to install the guide rods so you don’t destroy the bearings. I’ve only had it for a couple days so I can’t speak as to how well this will hold up long term but this is definitely a great piece if you enjoy the hack squats and leg press movements. I’d say the only downsides is it does have a large footprint and if you use the weight horns on the inside of the machine it’s a little awkward getting them in and out of there. Overall I’m really happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend it.

The danglers have to be the most underrated cable attachment. I’ve seen them around for a while and never really thought I needed them. Then I used them at a friend’s gym and realized how great they feel in hand. I use them primarily for reverse fly’s and they work great, but they are also great for unilateral tricep extensions. Really you can use them for anything you can imagine, just wish I had gotten these sooner!

These are a great aesthetic addition to your gym. Not necessary or really functional but they look cool. Super easy to install.

These are my favorite bumper plates. In general bumper plates are all very similar but I love the way these feel and they are slightly slimmer than other brands like REP, Rogue and Titan. In addition the 10’s can be dropped which is great. Buy these when they run a sale on them and you’ll get an awesome deal on quality plates.
