About the Gym

The Meatlocker started in 2017 with Crossover Symmetry bands and a set of 25lb adjustable dumbbells in a 150 square foot office space. Since then it has moved twice to it's current home in Pinehurst, North Carolina. It started as an unfinished, 700 square foot detached garage when we moved in and it has been converted to a half office half gym, with the gym being 374 square feet.
