This was a covid buy for me. My old house had low ceilings, the tent-style saunas didn't exist yet, and I needed one that plugged into a standard wall socket. This thing takes up a ton of floor space, but it's low to the ground and gets plenty hot! The electrical panel shorted out after ~2 years and the company sent me a new one without much fuss. It's overpriced today compared to what else has come on the market and I eventually swapped to a SaunaBox Pulse after my kids stepped on and broke my second control unit.

Box squats, step-ups, landmine jack, stool, ipad table when I'm rowing. I like to throw it on the end of my bench and use it for wrist curls and wrist extensions. This thing is lightweight and so easy to move around that it doesn't feel like it takes up any space. I use it a ton.

Doesn't take up a lot of space. I like that the pinch grips are slightly offset (more comfortable than a traditional guillotine style machine) and you can do different styles of pinch on it - flat w/thumbs on bottom (thumb close), flat w/thumbs on top (finger close), round squeeze. I'll usually leave it loaded for one of those for a week or two and bang out 10-20 reps when I walk past it. Then swap weights/rotate it to the other side for a week or two. I'll probably play around with 3d printing some ergo ledges for the back flat side (I usually pinch the sides like a sandwich right now).

I watched a bunch of negative YT reviews before buying this thing, but they all mostly centered on the weight horns being hard to load. I solved that by leaving off the weight horns. 4 plates is about as heavy as I want to load it this way, but it's been a good attachment for ~2 years. I'm about to move up to a smith machine and will probably get rid of it. I think it does 4 movements very well (assuming 180lbs or lower is good enough): good morning, forward facing sumo-ish squats, rear facing hack-ish squats, viking press. You *could* do RDLs or rows or cleans on it if you have a narrower frame, but I don't think it's better than a barbell for those -and- the handles are placed a little narrow for me.

I have two each of the 3"/4" square, the 2"/5" square, the globes, and the 2 3/8" round. Need to pick up a set of the 2" handles. I'll max them out single or double-handed occasionally just to test, but my favorite way to train these is just hanging them by bands off my rack and doing holds for time (you can ease up if your grip starts slipping).

I love single-use pieces that I can just leave "set up" and ready to go. They show people doing wrist curls on it, too, but this is really just for extensions unless you're very very small (if they sold one with the opposite angle for curls I'd probably pick it up too). If they threw some ball handles or grips on the outside you could use it for radial deviation. For its one assigned task (wrist extensions), it does a great job! For the price, though, the build quality is pretty poor. The labels aren't centered and are poorly glued in place. It comes with a cheap collar that doesn't hold and the screw knob wobbles a bit and needs retightening. I use it every week and it does a good job, but it's overpriced for the build quality.

Basically a little stubby axle bar with napalm handles welded on to the side. It doesn't really feel like doing hammer curls. Because of the rotating handles you have to maintain pressure inward (almost like a plate press?). With the block pinch grips it feels more like a chest exercise. I mostly do the 2 3/8 handles or the ball handles, but will probably pick up a set of 2" handles next time I order something. You kind of end up curling it all the way into a front rack position so you can reset your grip as it slips down. Will probably 3d print some green end caps for it at some point. It has a little cable eye bolt on it but this weights 15 lbs and is too unwieldy to use as a cable attachment. Overall it's a fun toy! I don't know if it's the best bar to buy for actual training, but I put it in the same class as my clubs/maces that I leave loaded to play with during work breaks.

This thing is a tank. Three levels, easy to swap the red feet around. I heard about tabata during covid on a podcast and bought one. I used it one time and decided tabata was not for me. Continued to use it for step ups for 4 or 5 years before switching to an EliteFTS box that takes up a little less room.
