The Bamboo/Earthquake Bar is one of the most unique and effective specialty bars I’ve ever used. It looks gimmicky at first, but once you actually train with it, you immediately understand the value. The oscillation forces every stabilizer muscle to engage, and it exposes weak points in your bracing, shoulder stability, and bar control almost instantly. It has been incredible for shoulder health, warm-ups, recovery work, and even hypertrophy-focused pressing. The amount of tension and control required with relatively light weight is unreal. It also adds a completely different training stimulus compared to traditional straight bars. Despite being extremely light, it’s surprisingly durable and well-made. You can tell it was purpose-built and not just thrown together as a novelty item. If you’re into powerlifting, athletic training, rehab/prehab, or just want to keep your shoulders healthier long term, this thing absolutely deserves a place in your gym.

Very solid camber bar. Its handle placement is just okay. However, no issues with build quality on my bar. I'm not sure if it is the absolute best cambered bar but easily one of the best in the lot.

This is such a great bar. I love the knurling and the way it aids in getting around any type of shoulder discomfort for benching or squats. Highly recommend!

Great bar and love its versatility. I have the rotating handles and although they are great for the different grips, I find my hands shaking when I drop the bar down. Not sure if this is intended or if it only happens with my bar, but I do wish I opted for a fixed handle width. Otherwise, great bar!

Purchased these during 2020 and have used them regularyl since. If I had to do it all over again, not sure if I would buy the same bar. That being said, the padding is comfortable and the bar delivers on its overall design of safety squats. The handles are my biggest gripe. They can be awkward for placement and I often find myself gripping hard during reps that I twist it handles off the bar. Overall, it's a cheap bar and gets the job done.

The REP rack-mounted landmine attachment is simple, sturdy, and does exactly what it’s supposed to do. Installation is quick, it feels secure on the rack, and it opens up a ton of exercise variety without taking up much space. The movement is smooth enough for presses, rows, and rotational work, and overall the build quality is excellent for a basic attachment. My only complaint is that the sleeve is bare steel on the inside with no protective liner, so over time it can mark up the end of your barbell sleeve. Otherwise, it’s a good value and a very worthwhile addition to a rack setup. If it was available at the time, I would have went with the REP x Kleva Built version.
