I feel like there are some minor inconsistencies between each set of plates as I can tell which pair I am using on a given lift. With the strength co plates, they are so universal that I can’t tell my sets apart. These are a good value when on sale.

I had been looking for a seated tricep dip machine for a while and couldn’t justify spending 6k on primes version. Got this on marketplace for a few hundred, so for me, the value is high. This machine is solid and I like how the handles can switch between two different positions for switching grip width. I wish there was a seat belt or some type of leg rollers for heavier sets.

Best plates on the market and American made too. Keep up the good work, Grant. The home gym community loves you.

The smoothness and ROM on this machine are great. The “lock and load” weight selection feature allows for quick weight adjustments between sets. However, it does inhibit the use of a gym pin. My only real complaint with this machine is that the 190 lb stack is not heavy enough for me and won’t be for most people. Value will depend on buying used or new. I got mine on marketplace for cheap, so the value is high. But I think this goes for 3k new. At that point, you’re probably better off buying a different leg extension with a heavier stack.
