Another absolute banger, knocked out of the park. Assembly was easy enough and the instructions were bang on provided you read them properly. Action is smooth with the supplied parts so I've not felt the need to upgrade them. The only thing to bear in mind is with the height options. There are two options and I have the 205cm, which is absolutely not suitable to taller gym owners. You won't be able to get enough range of motion on your overhead (or underhead for that matter) movements if you've got longfella arms. Just worth bearing in mind. I'm 6'/183cm and have no issues with lat pulldowns.

Insane cage. Sets the standard without breaking the bank. So many holes you don't know what to do with yourself. I have actually lowered the pullup bar so I don't hit my head on the ceiling when doing pullups. It was easy to put together too and you don't need a second person for assembly, but it definitely helps. The 3x3 being the new standard now helps with all the attachments you can add to this (of which I have many!).

Smooth as anything and can attach to various size racks. Used mine for years with no issues.

Fits on your barbell nice and easy and has three options for gripping. Superb considering it works for standard barbells too.

Absolutely solid. Easy to put together and feels fantastic. I tried to make a DIY based on the measurements but couldn't quite nail it, sometimes it's better value to just pay!

Solid set of chains. Comes with clips and collars to go onto your barbell so you don't need to worry about that. They're really well made and I'm happy I got these for my gym. One negative is that since they're so big, it's not a good idea to put them around your neck for chins/dips. No points deducted as that's not their original intention.

Decent adjustable bench (for the price). I had this for two years or so and it held up well for incline press and other seated gym activities. It's good considering the price point and is a good starter adjustable bench. The mechanism for adjusting is a bit stiff and I'd be a bit worried if I was doing big boy weights on them, luckily I'm a slender fella. It's quick to fold away and put up, which is a nice positive and it does have a small footprint when not in use. The padding is really good.

I hate these but it could be a me problem not an equipment problem. I find them awkward and cumbersome to lift with. I'm glad I got the cheapo ones rather than the mad spotters if I'm honest because I don't use these at all now. I can't see how they will be useful to someone lifting a lot of weight with dumbbells. That being said, for the price you should try them to see if they will help you. They're used for extra storage now on my storage board.
