This is the best SSB money can buy. It’s literally perfect. It will blast your core, upper back and lower back because you have to stabilize the weight from bending you over. It’s an incredible bar for light work days to add in as an alternate. I say light because you won’t be able to do as much in this bar as you can with your normal squat.

I love this adjustable dumbbell. I never upgraded to the full 90lbs because I just use dumbbells for assistance and warm up work. They are great. The cage is not an issue at all and doesn’t affect usability in my opinion. Also, these are the rare exception of adjustable dumbbells actually made in the USA.
