Great bar to add to a home gym. Very versatile. I use it for trap bar deadlifts and safety squats. Can also use it for rows or shoulder press. Great quality.

Needed a Roman chair for back extensions. Figured I would get a piece with more function to take advantage of the space. Built pretty well. Titan always has good sales.

Overall not a bad product if you don’t have dumbbells. Setup can be a pain.

For the price this is a great piece for legs. The only issue is the flexion on the pad when doing heavy weights.
