I actually have the set of 4. I love these Rollers and the different sizes. I mainly use the large one and fill like I get the best results with it when I roll. The foam cover is comfortable and grips the floor well.

I use this roller almost daily before bed. I love the size of it and the way it's shaped for pressure points, with the knobs I'll call them. It's held up nicely as well. I think I've had it for a few years.

This pad has held up well. It's mainly used for hip thrust and has kept its form over the past year.

I have had this bar since 2017 or so, and it's been a go-to in our gym. We use it for about every lift, and the boys prefer it over any of the specialty bars we have. This bar will stay a part of our gym, and we love the Rogue quality.

To set up a seal row, I use my Rogue bench, DIY boxes, Rogue bar, and plates. This setup is fine for me since I have short arms, but you get the idea.

When I got back into lifting, it was at my friend's house, before I started my home gym. He started training with the Starting Strength method and picked up this bar. So my first year, I did a lot of 5’s on this bar for squat, bench, and deadlifts for a couple of years. He has been using that bar weekly for almost 10 years. So yes, I recommend this bar, and it holds up and is great for the main lifts, and great if you like a stiff bar and no whip for DL. The knurling is nice as well.

This is a great treadmill that works well for long walks, with guided tours on the screen. I like the option to take walks around the world with coaches, etc. I feel like it’s a great treadmill for bigger guys, and the boys like to run on it. So it's really great for the needs of the whole family. In the Columbus area, we have a lot of warehouse auction sales, and I scored this for under $1000, and it's typically over $2000. So if you're willing to purchase cardio equipment without a warranty, there are options out there. The 1750 has all the bells and whistles, folds up, and is easy to move around.

I really like these strap-loading pins. I use them inside my rack with the pulley system Spud Inc sells. I also find it helpful to add bands as guides to keep the loading pin from swaying and hitting the wall. Highly recommend Spud Inc products.
