Just a man in is 50's lifting for fun and a few state records. I enjoy having a home gym my son's can workout in anytime they want.

This has been a great addition to the sled for pulls and drags. You can really add a lot of variety to your sled work with this strap, and the quality is amazing. This strap will hold up forever.

Got this for a fair price and it works as advertised. This is a piece of equipment my son uses and I have tried at times, but I find it flares up my shoulder more than it helps my core. leaderboard low high.

I’ll never forget the day I saw the Shake Weight on TV and thought it was an SNL skit, and then a few years later, I scored this piece of equipment in a white elephant gift exchange. It’s a funny piece of equipment to keep around, and I’m not for sure it works all the muscles advertised, but I keep it around cause it reminds me of how far the home gym market has come. I’m glad for that and don’t recommend this shake weight for physical strength, but imagery of what used to be.

This is another option for small places with limited floor space. This can be folded away, freeing up space on the floor. Plus, it's Rogue and built right. I'm hoping my buddy chooses this option, and I recommend that he pick up the spotter arms as well.

This Rogue weight tree is amazing after trying it out at the Rogue store and my friend's house, but in the interest of saving floor space, I added plate storage to my wall and rack. If you have the space, go for it, but if not, I have been very happy with rack and wall storage options. Pictured is a wall option for the garage portion of my gym. I will also add that I'd include the wheels if I had the weight tree at my house, so that I could move it out of the way for my son's boxing stuff.
