I bought this bench after having watched Home Gym Hacks and Reviews video on it. The build quality image is amazing, and it's solid as a rock, but it's difficult to move around, and the pop pin placement on the attachment port is a pain. It makes moving attachments in an out so difficult. It's so bad, I stopped using it after a few weeks and purchased a Nighthawk. Powdercoat is great, and it's nicely built, but at the end of the day, it's not for me.

I like the Gibbon Arms for the versatility they add. The hardest part was installing them, as you have to take the old trolleys completely off by sliding them off the top of the upright. I recommend them if you don't want to be limited by what you can do inside a 3x3 rack. Fringe hit a homerun with this one!
