Like a lot of people, one day I decided it was time for a change. I was too ashamed to go to a gym, so I started my home gym. It’s an addiction…. but the good kind. It’s a hobby that has improved my life immeasurably.

So far I’ve only used it for a couple workouts, but it’s pretty nice overall. It’s absolutely a solid piece and doesn’t feel cheap. Came with a few scratches and no build instructions. They do have a pdf of their website. Shipping took about 6 weeks, so be prepared to wait.

Best carabiner I’ve found!! I would absolutely recommend the upgrade.

I works for lighter exercises but I’m not confident enough with it to use it on heavy lifts.

I ended up buying two of these I liked it so much(my wife and I both have one) It’s definitely nice to have the thicker width.
