The textured dome enhances grip for both hands and feet. The NEXGEN™ HOME Balance Trainer is designed for home use, ideal for streamed or televised fitness classes, complex movements, yoga or active agers - due to the non-slip dome. It is designed with six non-slip feet and meant to withstand normal everyday home-usage.

A solid choice for sports-specific stability training — that's its strength and its limitation. The use case is fairly narrow, but it excels within that niche and stores compactly enough that it doesn't demand much real estate when not in use.

I gave this 5 stars across the board, because it does perform well, great value and high build quality. However, I cannot recommend this piece. I used it a lot for stability squats, stability push-ups and one leg stuff when I first got it, but after a month, I lost interest. Great piece of equipment, but I do not program it in enough to recommend.

Great for rehab and instability exercises. These are used a ton in golf workouts (yes, that's a thing) with rotational work and it can add a ton of difficulty and variety to exercises you're already doing.

Quality is better than expected. Works great.. Marketplace purchase so value wise it was a good purchase. Not sure I would pay full price for this.

BOSU Home Balance Trainer is a good option to help in training small balancing muscles. I never really believed in these until I had knee surgery and used it in physical therapy.

Good in rehab or the stability phase of training for gen pop athletes. Overrated in commercial gyms. Creating instability for every movement all the time doesn't allow for progressive overload very often

Not a bad option for some physical therapy exercises. I had a nerve injury in my neck a couole years ago which shut off my pec/tricep/lat completely, and doing stability pushups on this really helped gain some strength back
