Pairs well with landmine. Has all the plastic protection inside the sleeve. Knurling is passive but feels good in hand. Use club for rowing variations, shoulder press and goblet squats. The 3 inch ball end is a must, and I don’t think it should be an additional add-on cost.

Well built, light weight multifunctional piece of equipment. Primary use for me is landmine work. Each handle placement provides a different stimulus to the back, so I use them all and enjoy them all. Loses a star on performance as i do not love it as much as a cable attachment. It works, but prefer other attachments for Latpulldowns and Seated rows. Prob more personal preference.

Bought this for a way to rehabilitate a weak ankle tendon. It works great for providing just enough instability while being able to still focus on the movement you are performing. I never got that same feeling using other instability pieces of equipment. Advertises that “feel of walking on sand”, while I don’t agree with that, I believe this is the best piece of equipment on this genre. Used mostly for warmups, marches and squat variations. Would be a 5 across the board if the price was lower.

My daily use J-cups, have had them for a long time with no issue. Came with a shim kit for imported racks and the tolerance is perfect, they do not budge while in use. I love these and wish the company was still in business. Doc’d a star on performance as barbell collar can clip the outside bracket of the J-Cup

I love the look and feel of these. Magnet is strong with plastic protection. Originally they were my favorite collar. But after using them for over a year, I prefer a traditional clamp style collar due to ease of use and hold.
