This is one of my favorite back machines. A cheap version of a mega mass. Several different handles to target different areas of the back. Can add substantial weight and still smooth.

Not a bad price for 100 lb dumbbells. They feel very close to a real dumbbell and that’s what sold me on them.

There are so many exercises you can do on this machine. Gets a little wobbly with some weight but for the money its a no brainer for a home gym

Once you get on your rack it’s a pretty good lateral raise and chest fly. The problem is it’s heavy and it’s more of a hassle storing it and putting it on the rack than others.

Really nice for the money. Solid 3x3 rack with aluminum pulleys. Fit and finish are well below a comparable Rep or Rogue but much cheaper.
