The only squat stands I could find at the time with a pull up bar that could fit in my low ceiling garage. PK sold me on it in the product video when he said “You will not find a better squat stand for less money”. He was right. With spotter arms and shipping paid around $350. One spotter arm was missing the pin so they sent a second pair free- excellent service. This is a great squat stand for squatting, benching and with west side spacing probably good for floor press, (lighter) rack pulls. Powder quote and steel gage are fine, but a little thinner than premium tier offerings, but this is A-OK considering the price. I’d be willing to bet this is one of the best “entry level” squat stands out there. Would highly recommend.

Best Iron plates on the market! Easy to grip, made in the USA, simple and elegant (if I may) design- NO ONE has done it better. One star off because they do scratch fairly easy- not a huge bother to me, but that is the only thing that could be improved.
