Got loads of these for the gym because their cheep, com in packs of 4 and i tend to leave one clipped onto each attachment so I don't need to keep looking for one

Habe these years and they havent let me down, dont find myself needing to lock them, but they are an upgrade to the standard sharp caribeeners that come with most gym equiptment

I love these, the grip is perfect and the eye bolt is solid. I have them connected to a pully so I can do both single and double tricep extensions. since getting these I'm not using my rope or straps for tricep extensions

Its a solid piece of steal so cant go wrong, the knurl is the only thing i can say negative, its barely there. if that doesn't bother you then its a perfect option

Love using these, so simple for attaching different handles and for being able to move them in and out for different hand placements

I've had multiple iterations of drink holders from ones i attached to cardio equipment to hooks on a pegboard. But ever since I got the Drink Spotter, all these have went into the bin. Drink Safety is so important, a slip in the gym could see me on the floor and not discovered by my wife for days. Ive since added a Drink spotter Lite and Chill to my safety protocol.

An essential if you use your phone during training, doesn't grip it but never had an issue with it coming out and it holds a large phone. Shouldn't be an add on tho
