I mostly use it as a mace and have hit the tyre with it a few times, I wouldn't trust it to last if I was hitting things too often, It rather get a real hammer from a DIY store for that. Has a nice thick handle to help with grip work

Just use it for fun, more so than serious grip training. the welds are good and its a nice piece of gear

I got them for a pully set up, but ended up using climbing ones, they seem solid but have them as a back up if I need them

Got this and another brand in 2 sizes, Whilst the bigger one is stronger, the eye loop at the end may not fit through most attachments. I got it with the purpose to leave it attached to the upper loop of the lat tower as a permeant solution, but it didn't fit

Got these for the kids to play on the rack, find myself using them for inverse rows, the finish isn't the smoothest, but there not too expensive for me to complain

Have used one of these a few times whilst traveling, I couldn't find a supplier that would ship to Europe so went down the Amazon route, concept is good and nice for warming up the shoulders, cant say i find myself using it as much as I probably should
