I have picked up several of these. Thay work great as intermediate cable locations which help keep tightness through cable movements.

Smooth, reliable operation and it does the job well. Our setup has since migrated toward larger pulleys for most applications, but this remains a capable option — especially as an entry point or for situations where a compact pulley is all you need.

I use this pulley with a piece of paracord with loop knots on each end, and I love it. I use it for a ankle cuff hamstring curl setup, and I'm planning to use it for tricep extensions once I get my hands on the Porter PhysEd Eclipse grips.

I got them for a pully set up, but ended up using climbing ones, they seem solid but have them as a back up if I need them

Frankly I have no issues with these they work well for a multitude of uses. I mostly use it for cable driven back extensions.
