Home gym enthusiast and masters powerlifting competitor. I have been involved in Powerlifting for approximately 40 years. In the 1980's until around 2000, I competed in close to 100 powerlifting meets, mostly under ADFPA and APA. When I got married and had kids, I put the heavy lifting on the back burner until 2013, and the powerlifting bug hit me again. I now compete under the USAPL, Powerlifting America, and IPF as a Masters powerlifter. I have been fortunate to compete in a lot of different countries over the past few years for Team USA. As I get older, one of Louie Simmons rules rings true. “Learn to Train Smarter, Not Harder,” serves as a constant reminder that strategy and intelligent training are just as important as effort. Always be willing to learn as I won't be able to accomplish what I could 20 years ago, but if I use an open mind, the journey will be more rewarding.

I tried doing Zercher squats a long time ago, but the movement was uncomfortable and I never put them into my training regimen. I recently purchased this pad, and the movement is much better. It's been a couple of months and it's still being used. Once I get closer to a powerlifting meet, I hope to see some of the benefits it will provide for me.

I have picked up several of these. Thay work great as intermediate cable locations which help keep tightness through cable movements.

Purchased this off of marketplace for a decent price and took it for a test drive. It felt restricted while doing bicep curls. Took a while to figure out how to effectively use it for triceps and transition wasn't smooth. Gym space is getting limited and I want to utilize something that I will want to use more often.

Great price and works well to hold bands. Also come in handy to hold powerlifting singlets.

I like to utilize this for tricep pushdowns with an open hand grip. The stimulus of the tricep is a bit different than with a closed hand grip.
