I like to utilize this for tricep pushdowns with an open hand grip. The stimulus of the tricep is a bit different than with a closed hand grip.

This a somewhat useful item that I go through phases of using and phases of forgetting that I own. I've had it for at least 10 years and it still looks and performs like new. Typical Rogue quality at a decent price. And the straps and carabiners are worth it by themselves!

This is by far my favorite grip attachment for my lat pulldown/low row combo. The grip is taxed but not enough to where it stops me from being able to load up some weight and pump the back. Along with that, a small strap and carabiner makes it a great pull-up accessory. my most viewed reel on my YouTube channel is a video of me doing pulldowns with it when it was 115 degrees in the gym! very cool piece of gear

Another good option for grip work on pullups with the added challenge of stability. Great for cable work too
