A little pricey for what they are but adds some fun to the gym....these are in the same category as gym banners and flags...more decorative than functional. If you have a family always looking for gift ideas these should be on your list...mine live FT on my leg press giving an all black piece a dash of color...and the fact that strawberry frosted with sprinkles is my go to doughnut doesn't hurt either...

As an aging lifter few things are more important than recovery and warm-ups...so every workout starts with 2 sets of the bar...except DLs they start at 40kilos thanks to these bumpers...these were purchased with the sole purpose of having the DL bar at the correct height...and they do that job perfectly...DLs RDLs they simply start at 40kilos at Curmudgeon-Barbell....I'm convinced most bumpers are made in the same over seas factory somewhere in China so no sense spending extra...these weigh what they claim and are rock solid build quality. Titan and Amazon are great tools if you need something for the gym but it doesn't need to be American made and over built.

Wait for a sale on Amazon...Got the stand with my Nuobells about a year ago...I think it was Prime days...the stand isn't anything special but it's durable and does its job perfectly. It's a great addition to some pretty solid DBs...but don't pay full price.

These are AMAZING if you own Nuobells they're a must own...it allows 2.5 lb jumps and nearly doubles the dumbell sizes...They make shoulder and arm work progression easier and take up damn near no space...I don't know why they're so pricey but after the initial sting you realize how useful they are...

I own the 2.5 and the 5 lb versions...they are stupid expensive for what they are but they're magnetic and live on my lat pull machine it allows 2.5 lb jumps for tricep and shoulder work because the 10lb jumps are too much most times...if you commit to these you really need to get the 5 and the 2.5 if you want the ability to do all the steps within the 10lbs (2.5 ,5 and 7.5 ) they should be offered as a set....get on this PlateMate...once your gym has the essentials little things like these makes a big difference

I freakin love this attachment...its buttery smooth and makes tricep work less daunting at the end of chest day...Major upgrade from the old school triangle...I have the all black one because Rogue hasn't given an orange handle option yet...All in time I guess...

These collars are everywhere in my gym...I have 3 pairs one in each station...I used to carry a pair of these in my gym bag when i did the commercial gym thing so i wouldn't need to hunt down a 2nd spring clip...I tried the Strength Co ones for 6 months and when they failed I went right back to these. Simple design and the magnet allows them to stay on the bench or rack so you never need to hunt for them.
