The branding is gone but after a little digging I’m almost positive these are Ivanko Pro style dumbbells. For heavy dumbbells you just can’t beat the pro style. The center bolt does get a touch loose but honestly on my set it’s barely noticeable. I’m putting value at 5 because I bought these at $0.55/lb on OfferUp. If you’re buying these new you probably aren’t going to care about what I rate the value. One of the best things I’ve bought for the gym one of my favorite exercises is a one arm row and you really need some weight for it to feel good, and after 100lbs a hex dumbbell gets comically big.

This isn’t necessarily a review of this product, which I think would be fine. I think this is more of a review of doing belt squats on a land mine. I just don’t think it’s a very good set up and it’s kind of Janky and feels unsafe and I have other options for landmine rows so this kinda just collects dust

I got mine on marketplace for $200 so my value review is biased but I like this a lot. I need to use it more. I’ve used an assault bike and it is very similar. I’m a big dude and when the mood strikes me to do cardio this piece is solid and stands up to the 30-60 seconds of abuse I put it through.

There are much better options out there now but this is the one I have. The chain constantly gets caught up in my beard and it’s only mainly ment for front and back not side to side.

My warmup and cool down for grip day, also a favorite of the kids. There’s been a lot of times I’ll feel like crap and want to skip grip, but I tell myself I’ll just goof around with the rice bucket and next thing you know I’m feeling good and ready to rock.
