Personally not huge fan of the coating on this. In hindsight I’d get the raw version. I added some grip tape to mine and it made a pretty significant difference. Outside of that, it’s good.

Well built, affordable Lillie bar. Does what it needs to at a low price.

The REP pull-up bar is a good value and does what it needs to do. The knurling is a little passive, but it works fine for me. My only issue is that after reorienting my rack, it is now too close to my ceiling ductwork to use comfortably. That is a layout problem in my gym, not a problem with the bar.

Hard to build a bad pull up bar unless build quality is shotty. Good value but not best value as a cheaper one will function the same.

I works, nothing special. The powdercoat isn’t grippy. Meh.

Powercoated pull-up bar. A bit of a passive knurling would be nice since grip is often an issue.

This is a decent enough pull up bar. My main gripe is the powder coat. It seems like it’s too slippery for a pull up bar. It has some texture but not enough for my liking.

This is a solid pull-up bar. I got it as it was add on to the rack and I went with the smaller size for my wife where I think I may have chosen the 2 inch version otherwise. I have it on one rack in line with uprights and on other rack I have it using the pull-up bar extensions which I find nice to move me back off the rack.
